How do I book a provider?
Browse a category (e.g. Plumbing), pick a verified pro near you, and tap Book on the service you need. You'll fill in a quick form:
- A few questions tailored to that trade (e.g. "What's leaking?", "How urgent?")
- The date and time you want the work done.
- Address — including a GPS pin if you want the pro to navigate.
- Your contact phone number.
Then you pay via Paystack and that's it. The provider gets notified the moment payment lands.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, with these rules:
- Before the provider accepts — cancel free. Full refund.
- After acceptance, before the job starts — cancel free. Full refund.
- Once work has started — you can't directly cancel. Raise a dispute if something's gone wrong and our team will mediate.
The provider hasn't replied to my booking. What now?
Providers have a soft deadline of a few hours to accept or decline. If a provider doesn't respond within 24 hours, the booking auto-expires and you get a full refund automatically — no action needed.
In the meantime, you can cancel anytime from your booking page (free, full refund).
I want to rebook the same provider — what's the fastest way?
Open your dashboard. Your most recent providers appear at the top with a Book again button. One tap takes you to a pre-filled booking form with their services — pick a service, fill in the date and address, pay. Under 30 seconds.
